Brown & Brown is Seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL.
The data analyst will engage in all steps of the conversion process acting as an assistant to the Conversion Leader. They have a primary responsibility of ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process.
How You Will Contribute
- Handle all pre-conversion work and preparation.
- Map data from previous retail management system through conversion portal
- Generate reports as requested and communicate analysis results.
- Review multiple versions of data to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor the flow of data, checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Be engaged on all calls, discern what applies to the conversion and apply that knowledge to the process.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Experience with one or all of the following products: AMS360, EPIC, BenefitPoint, ZyWave, ImageRight/WorkSmart (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (preferred)
