How You Will Contribute
- Actively pursue new client prospects through innovative outreach strategies like telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals.
- Sell and renew group health insurance products, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more, to provide tailored solutions for your clients.
- Manage onsite enrollment meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and fostering long-term relationships.
- Work closely with account management teams to drive cross-selling strategies and create synergies across our diverse insurance offerings.
- Participate in professional development activities to keep your skills sharp and stay informed on industry trends.
- A Life & Health License (or a commitment to obtain one within sixty days).
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience that showcases your capability.
- 3-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in PEO, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Benefits, or a similar industry.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills that set you apart
