Brown & Brown is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI!
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and assist with day-to-day operations, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
How You Will Contribute:
- Provide executive administrative assistance to the senior executives of the office
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Interact with all team members as needed
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is preferred
- High School degree required; Associate degree (Preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge – particularly Excel proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
