Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Implementation Analyst to join the Client Operations team. The Implementation Analyst is responsible for on-boarding new clients onto the Winston platform. In addition, be a senior resource to the Client Solutions Analysts and participate in larger scale client projects.
How You Will Contribute
- Create and maintain business requirements documents during onboarding process.
- Serve as a strong advisor and communicative partner to HR and HRIS teams during the onboarding process.
- Clearly understand the needs of the client along with any impacts and system limitations.
- Utilize knowledge to recommend system solutions to clients during the implementation process.
- Perform and approve data analysis on any inbound/outbound data files during the implementation process including demographic files, payroll files, carrier files, and benefit enrollment eligibility files.

Perform data entry to configure the system based on approved business requirements including:
- Benefit Plans, Coverage Tiers, Premium Factors, Rates
- Employee Classes, Departments, Worksites
- Eligibility, Waiting Periods
- Billing Groups, Payroll Calendars, Payroll buckets

Design and create portal enrollment transactions based on approved business requirements including:
- Transaction groups, steps, and plans
- Confirmation Statement configuration
- Step Header/Footer text
- Eligibility, effective dates, and enrollment dates
- Verify client(s) benefit configuration setup information for accuracy.
- Responsible for end-to-end testing during onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the software design team and developers for custom functionality needed for implementation.
- Coordinate with account managers and business analysts to verify configuration and functionality to implement custom features for each client.
- Actively participate in internal testing for new enhancements and releases for HRally.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multi-implementation concurrently.
- Mentor and help onboard new Client Solutions Analysts.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful (Remove Preferred and Required)
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent technical communication.
- 3-5 years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
85000 - 100000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
