About Us :

Brown Butter Craft Bar and Kitchen is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, passionate Baker to take charge of our baking program. We specialize in high-quality pastries, cakes, and—most importantly—biscuits. If you have a deep understanding of laminated doughs, quick breads, and cakes and can produce consistently excellent baked goods, we want you on our team.

Your Role :

Lead our baking operations with creativity, consistency, and precision.
Masterfully execute laminated doughs, cakes, quick breads, and, above all, biscuits —flaky, tender, and unforgettable.
Innovate and develop new menu items while maintaining the quality of our core offerings.
Manage production schedules, ensuring efficiency and excellence during service.
Work both independently and collaboratively, taking full ownership of the baking station.
Be flexible—some overnight shifts may be required as the season gets busier.

What We’re Looking For :

Professional baking experience, particularly with laminated doughs and biscuits.

Confidence in working independently and making decisions that improve our baking program.

A creative, problem-solving mindset—someone who sees challenges as opportunities.

Strong organizational skills to keep production running smoothly.

Willingness to work early mornings or overnight shifts as needed.
