Brown Campbell Co. is a trusted supplier of specialty metal products, dedicated to efficiency and quality in warehouse operations. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Loader to handle material movement, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting with packaging operations as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload box trucks, flatbeds, and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Assist in moving materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift.
- Ensure all shipments are loaded securely and accurately.
- Verify material counts against shipping documents before loading.
- Assist in the packaging department as needed, preparing orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (side loader experience a plus).
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of forklift experience required
- Prior experience loading/unloading various truck types.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow loading instructions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other warehouse areas as needed.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
