Porter (Part-Time)

has openings for a Part-Time Porter at our Dodge location!

Job Summary:

It is the responsibility of this position to see that the service driveway is kept clear and that the customer's vehicles are pulled up in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Meet and greet customer in a friendly manner saying, "Welcome to Brown-Daub."

· Place paper floor mats and seat covers into vehicles that are in for service.

· Walk customer to service advisor.

· Park customer vehicles brought in for service; mark key tags with parking space number.

· Wash vehicles as necessary or requested.

· Deliver keys to service writer in the same courteous manner that they were taken from customer.

· Pull customer vehicles up for delivery in a timely manner.

· Shuttle customers to home or work when required.

· Be courteous and friendly to customers at all times.

· Assist technicians and service manager as needed.

· Keep coffee area stocked with supplies and make coffee when needed - morning and afternoon.

· See that the breezeway is kept clean.

· Wear uniform provided by company and / or nametags daily.

· Uphold and maintain all standards associated with achieving status per FCA Customer Care standards

· Maintain a neat and clean work area.

· Perform other duties as may be assigned.

· Maintains professional appearance in accordance with company dress code.

· Assist with property maintenance, including snow removal.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements / Qualifications:

· Valid State Sales and Driver’s License

· Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Maintain a clean and neat work space and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.

· Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs to shoulder height.

· Must be able to get in and out of vehicles regularly.

· Must be able to walk to and from the parking lot regularly.

· Must be able to bend down to see under or inside vehicles.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
