As we expand our operations and enhance our technology infrastructure, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to lead our Salesforce initiatives and help drive our digital transformation strategy.
Position Overview
BGL's Salesforce Architect position requires a deep understanding of both technology and business processes, as you will be responsible for guiding the strategic vision for our Salesforce ecosystem - designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of our investment banking operations.
Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels-from executive leadership to end-users-will be essential in fostering collaboration and ensuring that our Salesforce initiatives align with broader business objectives. By cultivating a shared understanding of project goals and outcomes, you will help ensure that our technology investments deliver maximum value and support our commitment to exceptional client service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Architectural Design : Develop and maintain scalable architecture solutions for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
- Solution Development : Lead the design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions for the firm's instance of Financial Services Cloud.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Leadership : Mentor and support the firm's other Salesforce team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with industry regulations and security best practices, particularly within the investment banking domain.
- Integration : Collaborate with Accounting, IT, HR, and other departments to integrate Salesforce with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring data integrity and flow.
- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides.
