Marketing - Part-Time / Intern
We are in search of a student to work with our marketing team in our Brandon MS location. Learn how Brown Group Companies manages three businesses and promotes multiple lines of products throughout the state of Mississippi.
- Assist the marketing director, coordinator, and print shop with projects.
- Oversee product samplings at the Brandon amphitheater concerts.
- Assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials.
Flexible hours to work around personal schedules. Internship credits available if needed.
Job Summary: Assist the marketing team with tasks assigned such as maintaining counts and organization of marketing and POS material, administrative duties, preparing gift bags, labeling barrels, and oversee sampling events as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
- Assist the Marketing Director and Coordinators with projects and regular tasks.
- Preparing marketing gift bags and give aways.
- Assisting in the print shop when needed.
- Attend product samplings at off-site locations.
- Assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials.
- May use personal vehicle or company vehicle on occasion for off-site events
Physical Demands:
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.
Work Environment:
- Work in many different environments: outside, inside, warehouse, dock areas.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
