The Client Care Leader excels at communicating with homeowners and trade partners. The Client Care Leader needs hands on experience and basic punch out, drywall, paint, trim repairs as needed. Basic plumbing and electrical skills / knowledge required. All while delivering an excellent customer service experience. This opportunity is based in our Chattanooga Design Studio.
Responsibilities :
- Contact homeowners within 24 hours or next business day of receiving warranty request.
- Ensure warranty requests are completed within 45 days of receipt.
- Lead all homeowner orientations.
- Maintain a 90% Client rating score.
- Complete a minimum of 2 Q & C checks per month.
- Reduce cost by completing reasonable repairs by hand (not requiring specialty trade)
- Maintain up-to-date Warranty Portal for all warranty requests.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert of BHH Standards and product knowledge.
- Report recurring warranty issues to assess whether standards modification or training is necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, team members and trade partners.
