What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
- Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Schedule service calls and appointments for customers
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
- Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.
- Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
