BIM Technician (Lexington, KY)
Seeking a detail-oriented BIM Technician to support project managers and engineers in the preparation of construction documents. This role involves close collaboration with team members to create 3D models and 2D details using Revit. Responsibilities also include assisting in the development and upkeep of typical details and company drafting standards.
Job Requirements
- 2-year Associate’s Degree in Architectural/Engineering Technology or minimum 2 years’ Revit modeling experience
- Current Revit expertise
- Experience producing construction documents consisting of plans, sections, smart schedules, and details in 2D & 3D
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members
- High level of organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a demanding environment
