As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that our parts inventory is efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting inventory data into our database system
• Maintaining and updating inventory records
• Monitoring inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies
• Coordinating with vendors to order parts and replenish inventory
• Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in data entry or inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
