Job Description & Essential Qualifications:
- Processing meat using various tools (to include knives), trimming, cutting, de-boning, separating, sorting, and cleaning carcasses of slaughtered animals;
- Following instructions of shift supervisor and helping other employees as instructed;
- Walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required;
- Lifting is required in many areas (weight depends on specific job);
- Must be able to stand for entire shift;
- These duties are performed in a cold, damp environment. Personnel must be able to tolerate these conditions.
