Position Summary :
Join our dynamic team as a Production Support Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in assisting the Associate Broker (AB), Broker, or Practice Group Leader. You will engage in essential clerical and technical tasks, helping to service new and renewal business while managing active and expired policy files to uphold our core values and procedures.
Essential Functions :
- Deliver high-quality service to assigned clients and accounts to meet or exceed quality measurement goals.
- Assist the Associate Broker with the submission process as assigned.
- Prepare Quotes and Confirmation of Coverage (Binders) as directed.
- Conduct thorough policy checks to ensure accuracy in what has been bound with the carrier.
- Request policy changes through endorsements, follow up for adjustments, and ensure accuracy upon receipt before invoicing.
- Manage and maintain pending items (suspenses) efficiently, ensuring proper follow-up and escalation of unresolved issues to the broker or AB.
- Ensure timely and correct submission of Surplus Line documents.
- Proactively enhance your system skills to improve efficiency.
- Attend educational seminars as needed to support professional growth.
- Produce and send renewal letters and applications to customers when applicable.
- Review renewal and new business information from customers, requesting supplemental information as necessary.
- Process certificates of insurance as required.

This role involves standard office activities, with expected movement including standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. Vision must be correctable to normal levels, with no significant impact from color vision or peripheral vision requirements. The risk of exposure to hazardous materials is minimal, and protective clothing is generally not needed for safe job performance.
