Fire Wall / Door Life Safety Inspector
Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a candidate to join our Team that is detail oriented and has strong architectural skillsets to conduct the annual Fire Wall / Door Life Safety Inspections at the Experimental Station in Wilmington, DE for the DuPont FS&RE Function.
Scope of Work :
- Inspect every Fire Wall per print in every building based on the annual schedule provided by FLS group
- Inspect both sides of the wall, top to bottom (including above all ceiling tiles)
- Document all findings on print.
- Inspect every Fire Door in every building based on the annual schedule provided by FLS group and document findings.
- While completing inspections, any open penetrations, no larger than 1"x1", will be repaired using proper materials.
- Findings will be formalized in a written document and given to FLS group before the end of every month.
