What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Controls Coordinator position at Brown & Root?
POSITION DETAILS
- Position will provide Planning/Scheduling support on maintenance and TA schedules
- Planner is responsible for: creating and maintaining project scheduling, cost reports, cost analysis, manpower utilization, creating/tracking project metrics
- Develop and generate all project reports (data and narratives) as needed
- Recommend schedule and/or cost improvements on projects
- Position will maintain communications with Project Managers, Department Managers and/or Clients to meet overall Project Goals
- Coordinator will perform periodic schedule reviews and provide insight into improvement of critical path items

Requirements:
- Minimum (10) years' experience in Planning/Scheduling for Maintenance and Turnaround Projects
- Experience working onsite in client facility
- QC Experience in background is preferred
- Experience utilizing Primavera P6 and Excel
- Experience planning job packages
- Must be physically able to conduct Field Trips for review of project materials, equipment and engage with field personnel
- Must be able to lift and carry up to (25) lbs.
- Work schedules may include extended work hours
- Weekend work schedules may be included
- Valid TWIC and Drivers' License
