We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our company. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include taking calls, creating tickets for service calls via CRM Software, maintaining database information, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR support, Payroll and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, motivated and has the ability to implement systems and procedures.
QuickBooks and CRM Software experience is required.
HVAC or construction company experience is preferred.
Pay is based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
