Description of Duties
-
- Investigate and repair leaks, and perform repairs and replacements in accordance with industry standards
- Inspect and maintain roofs (TPO, metal, modified bitumen, build up, shingles, etc) to ensure they are structurally sound and weatherproof
- Communicate with clients, answer questions, and guidance with protecting their greatest investment
- Follow safety procedures with ability to wear appropriate safety gear, such as hard hats, safety glasses and harnesses, and use non-slip shoes when working on ladders or scaffolds
- Climbing ladders and scaffolding, and paying close attention to ensure that you will not put anyone at risk in a construction environment (Safe Work Space).
- Perform heavy lifting with the ability to twist, bend and use both hands and arms
- Handling of proper paperwork and technology (Company Cam) for reporting

Compensation: $18-$25/hour
