Position Type:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and properties to determine the scope of damage and necessary repairs
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide professional guidance
- Generate accurate project estimates and proposals, communicating with production
- Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters on behalf of homeowners to facilitate the claims process
- Assist homeowners in selecting colors and materials for roofing projects
- Collaborate with team members to achieve regional, departmental, and company goals
- Manage collections, cultivate referrals, and generate positive business reviews
- Participate in Continuing Professional Education, and stay up to date with industry trends
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative in all aspects of work
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac/Linux OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Willingness to go beyond minimum expectations
