- Procure and manage inventory of parts and supplies for automotive service department
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and usage using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs
- Assist technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts for automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Utilize AS400 system or similar software to track and manage parts inventory
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in parts procurement or supply chain management, preferably in an automotive service setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Proficient in using CMMS or similar inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in maintaining inventory records
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, technicians, and other team members
