Requirements
- Proven experience as a caulker or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Commercial caulking experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work at all height levels
- Ability to work with all types of caulking (urethane, silicone, etc.)
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction inspection processes is a plus.
- Must have own hand tools
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a standard drug screen
- Must be able to take direction
- Must be punctual
- Must be reliable
