What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Floor Polisher position at Browning Chapman, LLC?
Browning Chapman, a rapidly growing specialty contractor, is looking for dedicated, reliable, hard-working individuals to fill Concrete Polish/Floor Maintenance positions. Experience preferred, but willing to train on the job. Starting salary will be determined based on experience.
Potential for 40 or more hours per week; nights and weekends are possible. Some travel within the state of Florida is required. (Travel assistance available)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a standard drug screen
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with polished concrete
- Must have experience with grinders
- Must have work boots and be able to stand for up to 12 hours a day
- Must have basic hand tools (tool list provided after hiring)
- Must be a good listener and take direction
- Must be punctual
- Must be reliable
- Must be a person who enjoys physical labor
- Must be willing to learn safe operation of heavy equipment and a variety of power & hand tools
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
