About the Job
As a Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for transporting residents to appointments and activities using Company vehicles. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Receives transportation requests assignments from Supervisor.
- Regularly checks fluid levels of SMC vehicles used for transportation.
- Assures promptness in meeting appointment time of residents.
- Operates vehicle in safe manner and in accordance with all highway laws.
- Works varied hours to accommodate the transportation needs of residents.
- Performs pre-trip vehicle checks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Driver's License in the state of Ohio with a good driving record and insurable under the OMH policy.
- Passenger Endorsement preferred.
