Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events, ensuring all client specifications are met.
- Lead and train staff in food service techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that cater to diverse client needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all catering operations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee bar operations during events, ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Country Club environment
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices in event management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required; knowledge of responsible alcohol service is essential.
