Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and hospitality, along with proven leadership skills to manage a team effectively. This role requires a passion for creating memorable events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events, ensuring all client specifications are met.
  • Lead and train staff in food service techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all catering operations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Oversee bar operations during events, ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Country Club environment
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices in event management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
  • Experience in bartending is a plus but not required; knowledge of responsible alcohol service is essential.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.12 - $25.32 per hour
