Brownstone Residential LLC is hiring for a Property Manager to oversee our Lumberton and Beaumont Senior Living apartment homes. Our Lumberton Senior Living is a well established property while our Beaumont Senior Living is a beautiful newer property. Come work for us during this exciting time as we grow!
The Property Manager is responsible for the professional management of the apartment community in order to achieve and maintain pre-determined occupancy goals; to achieve maximum Net Operating Income (NOI); to implement company’s policies and procedures in marketing, leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident relations, and all site level management reporting while providing a quality of living environment for residents. The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with any LIHTC or other affordable programs on the property. The Property Manager will hire train, motivate, supervise and discipline on-site maintenance personnel. The Property Manager will directly oversee all vendor contracts to include landscaping, pest control, and others as required.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management, specifically in the senior housing sector
- Proficiency in LIHTC, and OneSite software
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Ability to effectively manage property leasing and maintenance operations
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and contract management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in real estate administration and legal administrative tasks
