Senior Project Engineer
Job Summary :
Brownstone Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in construction management or civil engineering who have successfully contributed to large-scale construction projects. The Senior Project Engineer will play a critical role in project planning, execution, and oversight , ensuring that projects meet Brownstone’s high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while providing leadership within the project team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical leadership and support to Project Managers in all phases of construction projects.
- Lead the preparation, review, and maintenance of project schedules, work orders, and submittals .
- Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion .
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies .
- Lead cost estimation, procurement, and budgeting processes with a strong financial understanding of project needs.
- Identify and resolve complex on-site issues or changes in project scope, working collaboratively with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain project documentation , including drawings, specifications, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Serve as a key liaison, facilitating clear communication between all project stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
- Uphold and enhance Brownstone Construction Group's safety and quality culture , driving best practices across all projects.
