Brownswood Nursery is Charleston’s largest nursery and design-build firm. We offer a complete line of services from growing to landscape design and installation to maintenance. Areas of responsibility include but not limited to: maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment and tools, irrigation systems, security/surveillance, blueprint preservation, maintenance/service records while working and operating in a safe manner. Some examples: roofing, structural components, fixtures, screens, plumbing components, company vehicles and outdoor equipment (box truck, Bobcats, tractors, golf carts, generators, irrigation equipment, etc.
Other responsibilities include clean and orderly arrangement in designated storage and work areas of maintenance supplies, tools and equipment, be on-call as necessary during special weather events to assist with preparations and communications as needed as well as be available for special functions, programs, etc. and provide any necessary setup, traffic and parking control, security or other assistance.

Salary : $50 - $65
