Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly, check them in/out, and ensure a seamless front desk experience.
- Educate clients on services, specials, and retail products to enhance their results.
- Proactively sell packages and promotions to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Manage appointment bookings, schedule changes, and salon software efficiently.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and uphold company standards.
- Work collaboratively with estheticians and management to create a positive, goal-driven environment.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (spa/salon experience is a plus!).
- Confident in selling memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering a great client experience.
- A team player who values collaboration and professional growth.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using salon scheduling software (willing to train).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends.
