We also offer 3PL services to store inventory in the USA and ship products to their customers when they make a sale.

Our services include product research, sourcing and inspection, shipping from China, 3PL and fulfillment services, returns management, and retail store opportunities in the USA market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Small Business Consultant based in the USA. The role involves guiding aspiring entrepreneurs, Amazon or Shopify entrepreneurs who don’t know where to start their business. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams in our China and USA offices to support ambitious individuals who want to start and learn how to run their own profitable e-commerce business – with full support and expert guidance! You'll provide expert advice on e-commerce, sourcing from China, Shipping and logistics from china, and retail strategies while helping clients navigate Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and retail sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about business development, entrepreneurship, and digital commerce and enjoys mentoring and strategizing with entrepreneurs.

Job Responsibilities

• Educate entrepreneurs on the services we provide, including product research, procurement, private labeling, shipping and logistics from China, 3PL fulfillment, and retail store space opportunities in the USA.
• Consult and guide aspiring entrepreneurs on launching and scaling their businesses.
• Provide expert advice on product research, sourcing, private labeling, and fulfillment strategies.
• Assist entrepreneurs in navigating Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay sales models.
• Develop customized business strategies tailored to each client's industry, goals and budget.
• Educate clients on importing from China, 3PL fulfillment, and retail distribution.
• Support clients with marketing strategies, pricing, and competitive positioning
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging business opportunities.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars.

Qualifications

• Strong business consulting and entrepreneurship experience
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, WooCommerce, WordPress)
• Ability to analyze business models and suggest scalable solutions
• Understanding of import/export processes, product sourcing, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, WeChat, YouTube)
• Knowledge of SEO and marketing principles.
• Comfortable working with entrepreneurs at different budget levels
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and working with Google Sheets and WMS
• 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in supply chain management or the retail industry is a plus
• Experience in shipping and logistics from China and working with brokers is a plus
• Experience in wholesale, private labeling, or dropshipping is a plus
