What you'll do at Browzwear
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the sales engineering strategy to support business goals and drive revenue growth
- Customer Engagement : Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospective customers, understand their technical requirements, and demonstrate how our products meet their needs
- Product Demonstrations : Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and represent the customer
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical expertise, answer technical inquiries, and offer customer recommendations, acting as a trusted advisor
- Business Value Assessments : Execute Business Value Assessments / ROI calculations to anchor business value across stakeholders
- Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
