What are the responsibilities and job description for the Castline Operator position at BRP?
We are looking for a Castline Operator who will report to the Operations Supervisor via the Castline Team Lead, who’ll be tasked with helping to run our castlines. As part of your role, you’ll be a significant contributor to BRP-Spruce Pine’s manufacturing operation.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Operate vertical band saw station degating aluminum castings as per quality specifications
- Maintain run-at-rate with fill station
- Work with quality team to obtain first-part approvals
- Adhere to standards to ensure the production of high-quality parts
- Maintain related equipment including furnace cleaning
- Follow established safety rules
- Identify and follow process sheets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Technically-inclined
- Conceptual skills
- Inclination to process improvement
- Self-motivated
- Able to effectively follow written and verbal processes
