TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking Basic Military Training (BMT) Security Screener/Scheduler:

- Maintain and manage the CSP schedule by coordinating and communicating effectively with leadership, Unit Security Managers (USM), AFOSI Examiner Staff, Military Training Leaders (MTL), Training Managers (TM), Military Personnel Flight (MPF), and 17 TRSS Registrars. All actions are required to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of students and staff for CSP examinations, in accordance with graduation and reporting requirements, Personnel Processing Codes, AFECD requirements, and established priorities.
- Populate, validate, revise, update, and publish the Pre-poly briefing roster in and coordinate with the on-site AFOSI, USMs, and MTLs. Publications will be no less than weekly, one week in advance of event, with revisions and updates published as needed. The CSP-S will manage Pre[1]Poly briefings to prepare examinees for CSP examination by eliminating or mitigating real or perceived stress associated with potential events and/or information that can negatively impact favorable adjudication of results. CSP-S will validate FNA documentation and association requirements; prescribe, direct, collect, validate, and finalize memorandums or similar documentation detailing potential issues.
- Populate, validate, revise, update, and publish the CSP roster in accordance with 16th AF prioritization and requirements, and in coordination with the on-site AFOSI, USMs, and MTLs. Attachment 02 – Performance Work Statement PWS p. 8 Publications will be no less than weekly, one week in advance of event, with revisions and updates published as needed. CSP-S will meet with students and/or staff to discuss any “non-reported” issues (FNAs, mishandling classified, etc.) and provide examinee sufficient time to rectify or document issues prior to CSP examination.
- Track, document, and update favorable CSP examination results in DISS, as provided by AFOSI.
- Track, document, and communicate unfavorable CSP examination results provided by AFOSI. In addition to immediately notifying unit leadership (CC, DO, CCF), TMs, USMs, Registrars, and MTLs, and applicable update(s) to DISS and TTMS, actions require the request, retention, and applicable dissemination of AF Form 158.
- Manage Student Flow actions related to CSP examinations to ensure accurate reporting of the USAF accessions program. In coordination with TMs and Registrars, CSP-S will update the Student Not in Training Status (SNITS) roster for those students pending examination prior to entry into training. For unfavorable examination results, and in coordination with the Registrar, unit leadership, and TMs, CSP-S will meet with student to discuss and subsequently process AF 125a.
- Manage Goodfellow CSP SharePoint Site. Serve as CSP Examination SharePoint Site Administrator, ensuring accuracy of all documents posted to the site and manage access based on user eligibility.
- Provide a monthly activity log and report (CDRL A002) which details the number of polygraphs completed per 16 AF units/PASCODEs, the number of polygraphs completed with dates in DISS, number of unsuccessful polygraphs resulting in AF Form 158s, number of retests, number of polygraphs scheduled, number of polygraph cancellations/reschedules, number of polygraphs pending to be scheduled (for the respective month), and number of polygraphs not captured (for 16 AF units) before member departs tech school. The contractor shall include the names and SSNs of Airmen not captured, and the reason. The contractor shall provide to the COR and Government activity chief by close of business on the fifth business day of each month.
- Preferred experience with the Training and Testing Management System (TTMS) and the Air Force Request for Information Support System - Task Force (AFRISS-TF).
- TS clearance, work is on-site, with no telework.
- 3-5 yrs. experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
