SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is seeking a File Management Specialist to provide Project Delivery Business process support services to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caribbean District (SAA). This role involves providing organizational design for the South Atlantic Division (SAD) of USACE. The File Management Specialist will work closely with the rest of the Program Support team to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and mission success by supporting the USACE SAD in delivering quality public infrastructure on time and within budget. Designs standardized systems for file organization, initial implementation, and provides review of systems to ensure adherence. Creates detailed file management guidelines, including naming conventions, folder structures, and classification systems for digital and physical files. Writes comprehensive documentation to guide staff in adopting file management best practices. Overall, services under this job scope include program management support and technical expertise to support every stage of the USACE Project Delivery Business Process across all USACE, Caribbean District missions including but not limited to the planning, design, procurement, construction, operation/maintenance phases for all types of projects in accordance with the USACE Strategic Management System.
