What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Technician-Workforce Development position at BRS?
TekPro Support Services (TSS), LLC is seeking a Human Resources Technician with a focus on Workforce Development and will be responsible for the following duties:
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR Experience which shall include experience in each of the following areas: Labor and Employee Relations, Staffing and Classification and Workforce Development (WFD), and experience working on human resources laws, policies, rules, and procedures for the aforementioned program areas. Must possess knowledge of Government regulations, policies, and practices under Title 5, United States Code, and other statutes and legal Authorities for Federal Human Resources. Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

- Provide HR administrative support to NSWCPD’s Workforce Development Branch
- located in the HR Office. The contractor shall support the office by maintaining and updating the Command’s training
- tools (e.g., the course registration tool to include, creating course offerings, maintaining registration lists, and inputting
- course catalog items); escorting facilitators and employees to training classrooms; scanning and tracking attendance;
- tracking nominated candidates for external leadership programs.
- Provide support with monitoring all mandatory training requirements, report on delinquent status, and update all systems. The contractor shall provide support to the Academic Program Manager with tracking and collecting course completions, collecting, and maintaining continued service agreements and
- collecting book reimbursement paperwork.
- Support and assist training specialist with the onboarding program, to include printing, copying, and delivering onboarding material as needed and maintaining onboarding schedule.
- Deliver any course materials that was mailed from the instructor to the classrooms and also provide and collect course evaluation surveys.
