Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is hiring for a Management Analyst. The Management Analyst supports our ongoing mission at Joint Base San Antonio in San Antonio, TX.
This position is pending a background check for National Agency Check (NAC)/ Tier 1 or position of trust suitability in support of your primary duty assignment onsite.

Responsibilities include (dependent upon assigned department):
- Project Support: Assist project managers in coordinating and tracking project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Scheduling & Planning: Maintain and update project schedules, track deliverables, and coordinate resources to meet project timelines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for project team members, ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and report potential project risks or issues to the project manager and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Meeting Support: Schedule, prepare agendas, and facilitate meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure project activities align with DHA policies, regulations, and standards.
- Tool Management: Use project management tools and software to update progress, monitor performance, and generate reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to project processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work as lead for input of metrics for corporate usage from VGS team assembling Weekly and Monthly reports for review
- Manage/approve VGS employees for input of daily/weekly time into Costpoint for payroll
- This position assists in the day-to-day project management activities within the Defense Health Agency's (DHA) IT support mission and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining schedules, and supporting communication between stakeholders
- Must have 2 years of experience in project coordination or support, preferably within Government or healthcare.
- Technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Understanding of IT systems and healthcare environments within the DoD or DHA is highly desirable.
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a Defense Health Agency or DoD environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with IT project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
