Eagle Integrated Services is seeking a Network Architect / Task Lead to add to our Information Technology Support Services team in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manages a small team of Network Administrators to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee daily project operations and manages task delegation, execution, and control.
- Responsible for task schedules, project estimates and change management processes on tasks.
- Provides guidance to the network team and works with the Project Manager to develop customized continual improvement plans and standard operating procedures focused on the customer’s mission.
- Accurately records daily tasks and assignments to provide metrics on task orders.
- Assist in the planning process by providing written recommendations for the addition of LAN related hardware and software to enhance the capability of the LAN in compliance with FEMA/DHS standards
- Skill in working independently, multitasking, prioritizing projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Skill in using analytical and research skills in performance of job duties.
- Demonstrate high-end customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience using NetOps tools such as juniper, JUNOS Space CISCO Prime, ARUBA wireless controllers, Wireless Access Points (WAPS), Wireless Intrusion Devices (WIDS), TCP/IP, Routing & Switching with Cisco, Juniper.
- Preferred 5-7 years’ experience
- Predominantly indoors in normal office environment
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
- May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time
- Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
- Must have visual acuity
- Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds
