SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, scoping, development, design, and construction of assigned projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and timely coordination of project planning, design, and construction phases. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of project execution, including budgeting, reporting, and milestone tracking. Additionally, the individual must be bi-lingual in Spanish & English to support communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.

The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure that all project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Additionally, this role requires bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish & English to facilitate effective communication across diverse project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

NDAs must be signed on the first day of employment and renewed with each contract option period. Failure to comply constitutes default. Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management within planning, design, and construction.
- Proven ability to manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, financial reporting, and cost tracking.
- Experience in preparing and coordinating milestone, financial, and management reports.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish & English, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in project planning, design, and construction management.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare budget forecasts, cost reports, and milestone tracking reports.
- Ability to work in an office and field environment, including site visits as required.
- Ability to perform extended desk work, including reviewing reports and financial documentation.
- Capability to travel as needed for project site assessments and meetings.
- Primarily operates in an office setting with occasional fieldwork.
- Requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Involves managing multiple projects and balancing various project-related responsibilities.
