TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Shipping Specialists to receive and ship all materials at the designated location. Services may include, but are not limited to, the delivery of mail, packages, firearms, hazardous materials, and freight shipments, all of which are either accountable or non-accountable. Responsibilities include, with close supervision, but not limited to:

- Receive all materials sent to FBI Redstone
- Use visual inspections, x-ray machines, and/or other Government determined methods to evaluate packages for damage and safety
- Account for packages using Government established and/or approved methods
- Correspond regularly with FBI personnel, delivery drivers, and outside vendors
- Research shipments to identify recipients
- Hand-deliver materials to recipients and collect signatures when applicable
- Collect out-bound packages from designated locations
- Prepare items to ship (i.e., package, wrap, weigh, label, etc.)
- Sort and deliver materials to multiple locations across Redstone Arsenal
- Package, wrap, and ship materials in accordance with FBI policies and procedures
- Operate a variety of equipment to include box trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Organize and inventory materials as directed
- Maintain trackers, lists, and organized files as provided by the Government
- Understand Government policies, procedures, and processes
- Answer customer and client inquiries
- Perform additional tasks as required by superiors
- 5 years prior experience working in related field.
- Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Reliable and diligent worker
