Superintendent, Project

STS Systems Defense, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Superintendent to support our Aircraft and Commodities Maintenance Support contracts at Hill AFB. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project execution, maintenance, and have experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage subcontractors, timelines, and program manager support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with program managers, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to understand their daily operational needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day status of projects including site access requirements and project progression. Conduct on-site visits with subcontractors and provide status updates to project and program managers. Execute daily on-site project oversite, including working closely with customers, subcontractors, and program managers to ensure the schedules, goals, and deliverables are being met.
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site logistics, including material delivery, personnel site access requirements to include sponsoring delivery drivers and sub-contractor personnel for base access.
• Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with customers’ requirements to include sponsoring individuals and deliveries requiring access to the military installation.
• Work with the project teams to forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations.
• Work closely with the project management team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and coordinating project activities and resources.
• Ensure all required materials, equipment, and personnel are available to support the project schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory role.
• 10 years of project superintendent experience
• Basic computer skills with experience in MS Office and MS Project preferred.
