Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, the ability to manage large amounts of data, and a keen eye for accuracy. This role requires the ability to input and maintain data in a timely manner, while ensuring the integrity of information. This role if primarily Monday through Friday, but there will be OT offered and at times required.

Wage: $20 to $22 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform routine data audits and prepare reports.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
• Organize and store documents in a digital format.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations and standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with database management and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of office equipment and technology (e.g., scanners, printers).

Physical requirements:

• An individual in this role will be able to walk, bend, stoop, twist, turn frequently. An individual in this role will need to be always aware of movement and/or noises around them when in the plant. An individual in this role must move 5lbs frequently and up to 10lbs occasionally. An individual in this role will remain stationary and move about an office setting as needed per essential duties of the position. An individual in this role will be an effective communicator verbally and in writing. This position will require frequent use office equipment: phone, fax, computer and all other office equipment as part of the essential functions of the role. This person in this role may travel on an occasional basis, but will most likely be working in an office setting most of the time.
