Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate financing options.
- Negotiate financing terms with customers while maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate data entry and financial calculations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing solutions that meet customer needs in automotive sales.
- Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
- Ensure adherence to the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations in all financial transactions.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in finance management or a similar role within the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in credit analysis and understanding of financial regulations such as TILA.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
