Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide a friendly experience
- Sales: Sell merchandise, arrange displays, and process payments
- Inventory: Maintain inventory records, check in merchandise, and stock shelves
- Reservations: Manage reservations, check in guests, and assign tee times
- Housekeeping: Keep the shop clean and orderly
- Tournaments: Help coordinate tournaments, collect fees, and record scores
- Cart fleet: Ensure carts are clean and available
- Communication: Answer phones, emails, and other inquiries
