About This Role
As a Director, Sales and Business Development, you’ll be responsible for growing Bruce’s subscriber and trading participant base, as well as leading ongoing relationship management. You’ll work closely with the executive team and represent Bruce at conferences and other industry events. This role requires extensive travel, both international and domestic.
This is a remote role with preferred preferences for candidates in Austin, Chicago, or New York.

Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by expanding Bruce’s subscriber and trading participant base through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Represent Bruce at industry conferences and events, effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
- Travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients and attend key industry gatherings.
- Leverage deep knowledge of equity market structure, order routing, and execution to educate clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Minimum of three to five years of sales leadership experience in the FinTech industry.
- Deep understanding of automated trading systems and their role in optimizing trading strategies.
- Strong knowledge of equity market structure, order routing, and execution.
- Ability to travel extensively, both internationally and domestically, as required by the role.
- Current Series 7 license or ability to obtain a Series 7 license within your first 90 days.
