GENERAL STAFF – Jay's Boat Dock
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION (including, but not limited to)
- Bussing | Remove dirty utensils, plates and drinks after diners leave table
- Sweep/clean service area and help with dish washing and sanitizing when required
- Ensure the following of food safety/sanitation standards and regulations according to the Tennessee Department of Health in kitchen and dining areas
- Follow flexible management directions throughout shift
- Help with diner’s needs as needed by table server
- Various tasks related to the boat dock as needed
- Bar Back
- Stocking/Restocking
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
