Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage phone communications and direct calls appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.
- Assist the financial and sales team in various activities.
- Assist with office management duties including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information to clients.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and operating systems
