Port Orchard Ford, a three-time President's Club award-winning dealership, is seeking an outgoing, driven, and relationship-focused Vehicle Upgrade & Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This dynamic role blends customer engagement, vehicle sales upgrades, vehicle acquisition strategies, and FordPass integration to drive dealership growth.

What You’ll Do
Vehicle Upgrades:
- Engage with service customers to discuss opportunities for upgrading to newer vehicles.
- Assess vehicle equity, service history, and financing options to present tailored upgrade solutions.
- Work with the sales team to create seamless transitions from service appointments to upgrade consultations.
Vehicle Acquisitions:
- Proactively identify and approach customers with vehicles in high demand for trade-in or purchase.
- Conduct on-the-spot vehicle appraisals for customers waiting in the service department.
- Use dealership tools to provide transparent and competitive offers for trade-ins or outright purchases.
- Contact previous customers or leads who may be interested in selling their vehicles.
Customer Engagement & Follow-Up:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-service visits or after vehicle appraisals.
- Educate customers on the value of upgrading or selling their vehicles to the dealership.
FordPass Account Integration:
- Assist customers in setting up and activating their FordPass accounts.
- Ensure FordPass is properly integrated with their vehicles for maximum functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of FordPass, including remote start, vehicle health reports, and maintenance reminders.
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Partner with the service team to identify vehicle upgrade or acquisition opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to finalize deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeting service and acquisition customers.
Utilize Technology Effectively:
- Use dealership software and CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, vehicle valuations, and incentive programs.
