New hybrid work opportunity with Bruker Corporation for a Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A to help build excellence in financial planning, budgeting, and analytics in support of Bruker’s business units and Executive team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (Billerica, MA) this role will be a key leader of the Corporate FP&A team with responsibility for enterprise financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (Billerica, MA) this role will be a key leader of the Corporate FP&A team with responsibility for enterprise financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis.
- Partner with Director of FP&A to facilitate management reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Coordinate quarterly division management reporting to enable Corporate Financial Reviews with Business Unit finance
- Prepare quarterly senior management financial presentations (Board, CEO, CFO)
- Support development of the annual business plan and strategic goal setting process including the creation of presentation templates and financial models
- Expected to “roll sleeves up” to prepare and deliver reports and maintain data integrity
- Actively partner with business and regional finance teams, to support finance reporting execution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and sharing of best practices across the organization, such as developing more insights from Bruker reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis on various business aspects as requested
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master Degree in Business or Finance a strong plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive work experience focusing on financial reporting and control, financial planning and analysis within a public company. Additional career experience in accounting, audit, or controls preferred.
- Experience with BPC and/or Hyperion preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Advanced experience with an SAP-like system and transactional financial data required
- Proven experience working with dashboarding technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud a plus
- Advanced understanding and experience with systems, analytical tools, financial modeling, and data management
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to deliver insightful and credible analysis to support decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with effective and successful project management experience in a large complex multinational organization
- Strong and polished verbal, written, interpersonal, computer, quantitative and technical communication and presentation skills
- Advanced business acumen and judgment with demonstrated ability to think strategically about business issues and maintain current knowledge of the company’s markets/products, operations, and industry trends
- Proven ability to manage differing time constraints and juggle priorities without sacrificing quality and timeliness
- Professional maturity and confidence with ability to operate independently and within a collaborative team
- Hands-on approach with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
- High-energy self-starter with history of successful accomplishments
- Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to satisfactorily complete position training and compliance requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
- Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
- May be required to pass security clearance investigation.

Salary : $76,500 - $137,000
