We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in France. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and driving business results through effective people practices.
Responsibilities include consulting with employees from two business groups (BNANO/CALID) in France, taking on HR assignments and projects, and supporting the business in implementing its strategy. You will also focus on front-end activities that deliver direct added value to the business from an HR perspective.
Requirements
- BAC 5 degree in management, HR or labour law (or significant experience in an HRBP position)
- Fluency in English (min. B2) and French (min. C1) oral/written
- Proven knowledge of employment labour law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
