We are currently offering a 1-year opportunity as an Order Coordinator (m/f/d) for our location in Milan, Italy.
Responsibilities
Support for the SAP Hana transition team.
- Check the status of orders to decide whether or not to keep them in the SAP system.
- Support for key users in the transition to SAP HANA.
Convert SAP quotations into sales orders.
- Create SAP customer invoices.
- Check closely that all the required documents are in place for each order.
- Update the SFDC tool with the SAP order number and information on the documents required.
- Working closely with the Front Office and the team of quotation specialists.
- All other tasks aimed at improving efficiency apply to.
- Support for the same functions as those mentioned in the job description for other regions.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of Bruker products.
Other tasks can be defined which are broadly in line with the above tasks and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or significant experience in order processing with SAP, SFDC.
- Italian language (native) and English (min. B2 Level)
- Any additional European language appreciated.
